Users Do Not Appear in User Search Results on Users Screen (Doc ID 1516331.1)

Symptoms include:

  1. Users who previously appeared in User Search results are no longer appearing.
  2. The User Search does not return the expected set of users in a User Group.
  3. After a bulk import, the user name does not appear in the User Search results, but an attempt to create a new user account with the same user name via Create/Add New Users results in an error message stating that the user name already exists.
