On : version, Application Sales

A Sales Representative User not able to see Service Request records created by him.

User expected to see records created by him in the list

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Sales > Service Request (Custom Object) 
2. Create a new SR
3. Save and Close
4. Navigate to other view. E.g. Opportunity
5. Go back to Service Request
6. Service Request list is blank.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see records created by him.
