In Fusion Application Manage User page, or in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administration console, or in fusion application security console, or in ODSM (Oracle Directory Services Manager), you can reset single user's password, but sometimes you may need to execute a bulk password reset on hundreds or thousands of users.
