Fusion Global HR: Performed A Global Transfer On An Employee. The Transfer Is Sitting In Pending Status (Doc ID 1519839.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle-Manage Employment Information

From Manage Employment in Person Management, after completing a Global Transfer (changed Legal Employer), the change for this person goes into Pending Transaction.
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer employees between Legal Employers.

Users expect that the change for this person should be processed without any approvals.



Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to Workforce Management > Person Management > Search for the Person.
2. Go into the Person and go to Manage Employment task.
3. Change the employee's Legal Employer from one to another and save these changes.
4. Attempt to view your changes.
