When changing a role association with a user in the Oracle Cloud Identity Management Console, that is, assigning or revoking a role to a user, it takes some time for the role association to be notified to the Oracle Java Cloud Service.
You change the roles associated to a user, in assigning a new role or revoking a role associated with a particular user.
