Symptoms

In a CRM Cloud build of Fusion including SCM Product Management for Item creation requirements.

When attempting to access the Product Management Tab for Business Intelligence Dashboard multiple errors occur.



ERROR

Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Product Manager user.
2. Navigate to Product Management Dashboard Tab - immediate error condition on all KPI & graph areas.
