Goal
Define a performance review approval pattern which determines where the approvers names will be derived. The approvers are based on:
• Organization/Geographical Based Approvals (location, department, etc.)
• Chain of Command Based Approvals (reviewer's manager or manager's manager)
• Manually Assigned Approvals (workflow default approvers, directly assigned approvers, employee's designated approver)
