SSO: Users are not able to access the staging zone after a zone refresh (Doc ID 1525021.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


After a staging zone refresh with full masking, users (Recruiting, SmartOrg etc...) are not able to access the zone via single sign-on (SSO).  Access via Taleo login (using Taleo username and password) still works.


With a zone refresh, all users are copied from the production/source zone to the staging/destination zone (this replaces the staging zone user list).
