Symptoms

On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Import/Export

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing values for a custom filed with fixed LOV , first import is correct
But if doing an update on Organization profile for some other fields (ie no mapping for this custom fileds) this update second import set custom filed value at blank

If a new run (third ) with a mapping with a value for custom filed is run it is again populated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom filed (with fixed LOV) should not be set to blank by this second import run as not mapped
To confirm if any other custom filed value is updated
