How to run Send Pending LDAP Requests and Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes Job (Doc ID 1531321.1)

Goal

  When you create an employee record or make any changes from fusion application UI, you do not need run any synchronization processes. But sometime, those requests might not be picked up for variety reason, then you need run Send Pending LDAP Requests process.

or when you load a batch of users data through HDL/FBL/HR2HR, you will need to run Send Pending LDAP Requests scheduled process to process those requests.

Sometime, the provision could fail, or maybe fail for part of the users.  This article will explain how to specify the input parameters of the job and how to reprocess faulty requests.

  On the other hand, if you make any changes in the back end (such as OIM/OID), you need run Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes process to bring the changes back to fusion
