404 Error When Toggling Proxy Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When toggling users via proxy mode, a 404 error appears not allowing me to execute transactions as the proxied user.
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.5 404 Not Found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Manager
2. Under Preferences> Click on Proxy>Add a new Proxy
3. Login as a Proxy
4. Toggle as the Delegator.
