On Test : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon sign in, the application does not render correctly and shows a blue screen with the Fusion Application Logo on the top right hand corner and also the name of the User signed in at the top left hand of the page
