Symptoms
When attempting to run QuickPay for an employee, the following error occurs:
HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR
ORA-2001: The requested action cannot be processed for this person. Details: A prior action is incompleted or a later action is completed. Actions must be processed in a logical sequence. Complete the prior action or roll back the completed action, as appropriate. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_QUICKPAY_PKG".
