Symptoms

When searching for a payment in the Manage Payment UI an error comes up despite the search retrieving the right information.
It is possible to accept the error and continue working but the error comes up every time regardless of the search criteria entered.

View object SinglePaymentAM.VerifyLockDownInvoiceVO attempted to fetch rows beyond the row limit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payments > Manage Payments
2. Click on Advanced in the Search section or use the Basic search
3. Enter a value for the Payment Number criteria: Payment Number Equals
4. Click on Search. The row is returned but the error also appears.
