Symptoms

User cannot see any calculation details even when drill down on the earnings.

 

STEPS
Navigator > Incentive Compensation > Credit and Earnings > Manage Earnings
1. Search for specific credited participant and date range
2. Drill down on the earning record and click on Calculation Detail
