Why is Product Group Search not returning any results in Fusion Mobile Sales when adding a Revenue Item to an Opportunity (Doc ID 1540999.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.5.1 version, Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is unable to add Revenue Item to Opportunity in Mobile Sales as Product Group search does not return any Product Groups.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Product Group search should allow the customer to select a valid product group

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Please go to Mobile Sales Application
2. Go to any opportuniy record
3. Click right arrow symbol next to revenue field. This opens Revnue Items page
4. Click Add to add new revenue line item
5. Click right arrow next Select Product
6. Select Product Group as Product Type and click Done
7. Now search for Product and this is not bring back any products.
