Symptoms

When attempting to calculate commission, the following error occurs.

ERROR
ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
1. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Calculation Processes
2. Specify participants in compensation plan "FY2013 DSS II" for 1/5/12 - 3/31/12 date range
