Symptoms

When a correspondence is configured to be sent via Text Message (SMS), the message is displaying HTML code when it is not desired.

Note: SMS functionality is currently implemented by customers using 3rd party providers that generate SMS from messages sent by Taleo.
This requires a complex setup as this is not a built in feature offered by Oracle at the moment. See reference for more information.
