Symptoms

An error is raised when Ship Confirming a shipment:

A system error occurred with this package WSH_NEW_DELIVERY_ACTIONS.CREATE_BOL

After receiving the error message, the shipment was closed and interfaced properly. The Packing list and BOL did not print.
