Cannot See All Submissions From the Candidate Profile

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Issue Summary: Cannot see/scroll through all of a candidates active submissions from the candidate profile.
Steps to Replicate:
- Sign into Recruiting.
- Search for candidate with multiple submissions, and access General profile.
- To the left click on the "Active" link (Other Submissions).
- Notice that you are unable to scroll through all the submissions.
Impact: Unable to see all requisitions tied to the candidate.
