Symptoms

Item On-hand Quantity Data Collection Does Not Collect Correctly. Item Availability is not updated after running the data collection from Fusion source for on-hand quantity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. A Miscellaneous Receipt was executed to increase the Inventory On Hand quantity for an item
2. A targeted On-Hand data collection was performed.
3. Run the ESS Process - Refresh and Start the Order Promising Server
4. Performed an Item Availability check - On-Hand Quantity has not been updated.
