When creating or updating a territory proposal, the search resource window shows resources who are not part of a sales organization (implementation user resources) and allows them to be added as territory owners or sales team members. The requirement is for the resource picker to only show resources who are part of a sales organization so no "admin" / "implementation" users should display in this popup.
This can be reproduced using the following steps:
- Open Territory Proposal
- Select Territory and click on Add to Proposal
- Click on Edit Territory Details
- Under Territory team, click on Add icon
- Make all the values blank in Search screen and enter First name/last name
