Symptoms
The status of the Collection request is Succeeded.
The transactions are visible in Manage Transactions page but they are in COLLECTION_ERROR state.
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Transactions
Search on transaction number
... shows Process Status = Collection Error
OR
The transactions are visible in Manage Credits page but they are in COLLECTION_ERROR state.
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Credits
Search on transaction number
... shows Process Status = Collection Error
Changes
Just imported transactions and ran Collection.
