No Message History for Enrollment Message Sent to External Email Address (Doc ID 1553392.1)

Symptoms

No message history is recorded when an enrollment message is sent to an external email address through the following steps:

1.  In the Actions column of the enrollment list, select the envelope icon to Send message to this enrollment.

2.  Under Custom Notification, enter the external email address and select Add email address.
