System error upon attempting to access ADP service definition in Recruiting Administration

Upon attempting to access a specific screening service definition in Recruiting Administration there is a system error.  The system error output in Anomaly Tracker looks like:

Messages /passport/admin/fields/resultFieldListContent.jsp(14,1) '#{pspPartnerView.resultFieldsListBean.list}' java.lang.NullPointerException<br />/passport/admin/fields/resultFieldListContent.jsp(14,1) '#{pspPartnerView.resultFieldsListBean.list}' java.lang.NullPointerException<br />null
