ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reminder notifications for Due date tasks in the Performance Document is not working as desired
Steps followed while configuration of Performance Template
1.Initially enabled all type of alert notifications in the 'Manage Talent Notifications' Task.
2.In the Template itself defined standard alert and critical alert days.
3.In the document period, defined all the due dates for each tasks as configured in the Performance process flow.
4.Scheduled and Ran the batch process 'Send Performance Document Standard Alert Notifications' on daily basis.
As per the functionality the notifications should remind the stakeholders regarding their due dates.But it doesn't working as desired.Even that scheduled job has been running successfully on daily basis.
