Purpose

Troubleshooting issues with Domain-Based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) setup.

When emails sent to internal users or internal candidates are delayed or not being received, DKIM configuration should be investigated. If emails sent to external candidates are delayed, refer to Document 2022571.1 Emails Considered as Spam When Sender Email Address Is Not @invalidemail.com
