Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
The wrong options are displayed to a user when attempting to start a process in Recruiting
Onboarding (Transitions) Process is not available within Recruiting.
E-Offer Process will not start due to error: The E-Offer process cannot start because no E-Offer process definition has been defined.
Candidate is not started on an E-Offer process
