"Signature Transaction Failed" Error When An Employee Attempts to E-Sign an Onboarding Activity (Doc ID 1560737.1)

When an Employee attempts to electronically sign (i.e. E-sign) an onboarding form on the Employee Website (EWS), the Employee receives the following error:
"Signature transaction failed. Please contact customer support regarding this incident."
