Sending the candidate an E-Offer using the standard option. (not the Advanced EOffer associated to an Onboarding EOffer process)

To send an E-Offer which starts an E-Offer process, the Advanced E-Offer must be used. This option is only available if the Onboarding (Transitions) module is enabled.
