FBL : File Transfer Web Service Not Loading Data File To Load Batch Data (Doc ID 1563580.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, File Based Loader

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When invoked the file transfer web service , the file gets transferred from the ftp location , but is not available under Load Batch Data > Schedule , and instead is available under Load HCM Data > Schedule.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The file transferred bye the web service call, should be available under Load Batch Data > Schedule .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer the file to designated sftp location.
2. Invoke the file transfer web service call . and see the ftp location, that the file is moved out from there
3. Navigate : Data Exchange > Load Batch Data > Schedule, see that no files are listed
4. Navigate : Data Exchange > Load HCM Data > Schedule, see that the transferred file is listed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot initiate the load batch data process to start loading the data over fbl .
