We need the ability to convert appointments into interactions once the end
date has past. It is deemed a duplication of effort for the user to go in
after the attended the meeting and create an Interaction record, which
requires them to complete a number of fields. Our users would have anywhere
between 5-7 appointments a day - they are travelling and not always connected
to Fusion. Creating the Interaction record for each of these appointments
would occur once they have web connection (which could be several days after
the appointment) and there would be several days worth of appointments. It
would unreasonable for us to ask them to create a number of Interaction
records in bulk.
Customer understands that only Interactions are reportable so to enable them
to build analysis on Sales reps appointment tracking these would need to be
shown as Interaction records.
We need the ability to convert appointments and into interactions
automatically once the end date has past.
