SSO: Internal Candidate Unable to Access Internal Career Section Via Single Sign-On (Doc ID 1564163.1)

Symptoms

Note: This article assumes the Career Section access via SSO was previously working.  Problems arising during SSO implementation of SSO for Career Section is beyond this article's scope.

After a staging zone refresh the internal Candidate access to career section no longer works for any Candidate. When attempted, the Candidate receives an "Access Denied" error message like: "Access Denied. Your user permissions do not authorize you to access this page"

Some or all internal Candidates cannot access the Taleo internal Career Section - instead an "Access Denied", invalid credentials or similar error message comes up.

Changes

The staging zone was recently refreshed with data from the production zone.
- or -
An import has unexpectedly changed candidate SSOID values, or candidate SSOID values did not get updated as expected.
- or -
Some or all Candidate's assertion times do not match Taleo system times
