Symptoms
User is trying to post a journal but the Post Batch button is disabled.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To Navigator > Journals > Manage Journals
2. Query on the journal to post and see the 'Post Batch' button is disabled.
