Export Worksheet Feature Does Not Return Data In The Spreadsheet

When using the Export Worksheet feature to export the compensation plan worksheet to a spreadsheet, users observe that the spreadsheet has strange coding in it but no data.
Is there an additional configuration requirement in order to export the compensation plan worksheet?
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to Fusion and Log in.
2. Go to Navigator - Workforce Compensation
3. Click on the a plan and observe list of employees in the plan.
4. Click on "Export" button to export the worksheet
5. Open the worksheet, notice there are only some highlighted fields and some coding in the spreadsheet.
-- No data has been exported to the spreadsheet.
