ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accessing Outlook Control Panel causes Outlook to crash

We are testing Outlook client version 3.02.18 and did a sync on one of our VMs. the system came back and indicated that there were data collisions. When I went to access the Control Panel to deal with the collisions, Outlook crashed and restarted itself. This continues to happen each time I try and access the control panel

Control should be displayed correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Sync
2. In the menu item list select Control Panel option

Due to this issue, users cannot launch the control to check collision issues
