Roles Assigned Gap Between Manage User View And OIM Module (Doc ID 1566999.1)

Goal

Issue is :

1. Log in OIM and add a role to a user (which is a CRM user so was
initially defined in manage user UI)

2. Navigator > Scheduled Requests > Run Send Pending LDAP Requests job

3. Navigator > Manage Users > Retrieve this user > Role had been added
in Manage Users Web UI so ok

4. Log in OIM and remove a role to a user (which is a CRM user so was
initially defined in manage user UI)

5. Navigator > Scheduled Requests > Run Send Pending LDAP Requests job

6. Navigator > Manage Users > Retrieve this user > Role is still present
in Manage Users Web UI so Not ok for customer

Related question is :

Is it standard process to use OIM to manage CRM user which should be
created mandatory in Web UI as this necessary to create associated
resource ?
