Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
The user type permission: Recruiting>Integration Permission - Allow This User Type to Perform Integration Tasks (Recruiting, Onboarding (Transitions), Performance) is an over-arching permission that provides a user broader access than defined by their permission privileges.
Examples:
- User is able to pass on an approval despite permission 'Choose to pass when this user is asked to approve a requisition' not being granted.
- User is able to access and change Private settings
- User has access to Flex Recruiting URL (no longer viable) even though the permission 'Access Taleo Recruiting Center (Legacy)' is disabled.
