Leads not saving on Mobile Sales

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After saving a new Lead on Mobile Sales application it is not saved . The new Lead is not visible on Mobile list view or in web application.
This only occurs on releases earlier than Release 5 Patch Bundle 12 and where customization of Sales Lead Version 2 object has taken place.
