ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Staging POD: DOA (SaaS) - Not able to pull up performance documents in performance management LOV

Converted employees (being pulled in from UltiPro) are unable to select a performance document when they navigate to the Employee Performance Management page. The field is reading 'No performance document available'. Verified that the users have a Manager-Employee relationship, have run 'Refresh Manager Hierarchy' process (as well as 'Send Pending LDAP Changes' and 'Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes'). Verified that all necessary data is in the person record (Department, Job, Manager, Email, and Location).
