TCC: 401 Error Upon TCC Ping or Script Execution (Doc ID 1573477.1)

Symptoms

Symptoms 1

-TCC Ping fails with a 401 error

-Execution of a TCC script fails with a "401 " error:

-Script fails in the send step with the error message of 2401 

 

Symptoms 2

Similar to above, but the problem only occurs if the TCC ping uses Recruiting or Transitions products (if attempting the ping on Transitions, the zone is one that has that product).  If using SmartOrg product for the TCC ping the problem does not occur.
