Newly Added Context For EFF Person EIT Information Is Not Displayed In the UI

Symptoms
You Create a Extensible Flex Field (EFF) Context for Person Extra Information Tab (EFF) via Managing Extensible Flexfield Task. Then you deploy the EFF . After successful deployment , you logout and login into the application and then navigate to Manage Person page, but you are not able to see the newly added added Context.
The steps to reproduce issue:
1) Login Fusion Apps
2) Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Extensible Flexfield
Enter Person Information in Module, search, pick Person EIT Information
3) Click Manage Context, add new context, also define the value set
4) Logout and login
5) Go to Person Management -> Search Person -> Extra Information
The newly added context didn't show up.
