Cannot Open Job In Fusion, Blank Pop-up Window is Displayed (Doc ID 1574129.1)

Cannot open Job in Fusion .
When clicking on the link to the Job Name in the Manage Jobs screen, a blank pop-up window appears on the screen with an OK button and then you are unable to proceed.

Checking the log file for the same time frame shows the following errors:

Incident log shows the following:

 Caused by: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition JobLegDeveloperFlexCAprivateVO of type Attribute is not found in j_ClassificationJobLegprivateVO.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HCM Admin
2. Navigator > Manage Workforce Structures
3. Select Manage Jobs tab
4. Query Jobs into screen.
5. Click on one of the jobs returned.
See blank pop-up.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open or update Jobs. In addition, they are not given any indication of what the problem is that needs to be corrected.
