Language Error When Saving a Requisition (The Field "Language" Must be Active)

The following error is displayed when trying to save a Requisition file:
An error has been found.
Please make the appropriate changes and try again.
The field "English" must be active.
In the above error, "English" can be replaced by any other language name; the base language of the requisition is the one shown by default.
