Need to understand the Stalled Opportunities report and the parameters on the Sales Stage definition.
Task = Define Sales Methods and Sales Stages,
Open any sales method = xxxxx
The various stages defined are
Name Status Duration Stalled Deal limit
Stage1 Open 20 10
Stage2 Open 20 10
Scenario: Opportunities created on 1st July (Stage1) Status : open
After 20 days, duration of the stage : Stage1 becomes 0.
All the open opportunities present in this stage must be seen in the Stalled Opportunities report.
Till here this is working fine.
But now as far as the understanding goes" These opportunities must be seen in the stalled opportunities report for that stage till the "Stalled Deal Limit" ie : 10 days.
Now if the current date is 31st July,
the opportunities are seen in the stalled opportunities report even after the stalled deal limits have crossed ie : even on the 11th day it is seen here.
And the stalled days are shown as 11.
