ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Accounting Date displayed in the Journal Day report is changing wrt timezone set for the User in the Preferences.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The accounting date should be displayed as captured and stored in the database.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the Time Zone of the User from Preferences>Regional i.e. GMT -11
2. Submit the process Journal Day Book
