Username Not Getting Updated During Employee Import (Doc ID 1580210.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Incentive Comp-Credit Participants

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While importing Participants using Import Employee utility,the username is not getting updated.
If we go to Incentive Compensation->Manage User and search for a particular participant, the username field is blank.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User filed should be populated

Due to this issue, users cannot import the hundreds of user they need in an automatic way
and cannot create such a high number of users manually
