Agents Are Having Issues With Spell Check On The Chat Portal

Some chat agents are unable to use spell check on their chat portal.
They are all using Windows 7 and Java version 6 (update 45)
They are using either Chrome or IE Browsers
All other chat agents in their group have the same settings but are fine with their spell check feature
