After upgrading, the zone's SSO stopped working.
1. Initially back-end users were presented with a System Error that tracked back to a "java.lang.NullPointerException" in Taleo system.
- It was found that there was not a value set for the SAML Identity Provider (IDP).
- There were three IDP to choose from, so one specified by customer was chosen.
2. With SAML IDP set, back-end users were now presented with "Authentication Error" message.
