Error When Creating A Driver's Licence For An Employee

When attempting to When the user tries to enter the driving license details for an employee, getting the error indicated below. This error also appears when choosing the country from the LOV, and as a result the customer is unable to choose any country. As country is a mandatory field, the changes cannot be submitted.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications as HR Specialist.
2. Search for an employee and navigate to the Person Management UI.
3. Click on the Documents tab.
4. Click on the Create Drivers License button.
5. "Java.Lang. String" error appears in the background.
6. Choose a country from the LOV, again the "Java.Lang. String" error appears and the country field remains empty.
7. As country is a mandatory field, it is not possible to save the driving license details.

As a result of this issue, User is unable to enter the Driving License details for the employee.
